To apply for ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø’s online MSIS program, applicants must have:

• A baccalaureate degree from an institution accredited by an agency nationally recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation
• Official copies of transcripts from the college or university that granted the bachelor’s degree
• A current resume
• A GPA of no less than 3.0

Students with an GPA of less than 3.0 will be considered for provisional admission on a case by case basis, with the condition that the student maintains a GPA of no less than 3.0 on the first nine hours of graduate work completed. Having this condition helps both the student and university determine the best next steps for the student. Upon satisfying this condition, the student will be granted full matriculation.

The MSIS is a 30-credit-hour program comprised of 10 courses. There are 6 core courses and the remaining 4 courses are dependent on the concentration area chosen. Choose from three concentrations:

1. Data Analytics

Bridge the gap between the technical expertise of data scientists and the operational expertise of marketing, supply chain, risk and other frontline managers.

2. Information Assurance and Security (*courses not currently available online)

Understand and communicate cybersecurity risks to internal teams and external cients, make sound strategic decisions related to investments in cybersecurity, and understand cybersecurity risk management and reporting framework.

3. Project Management

Manage information systems projects utlizing the latest agile methodologies. Students have the opportunity to become certified by the Project Management Institute.
