Make the most of your institution's ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø membership
At the 2023 Annual Meeting, the ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø membership approved a bylaws change allowing for a new membership structure.
Major Changes
1. As of December 2023, ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø provides open rosters to all institutional members. This allows for unlimited members at every member institution. Under the new structure, as long as an institution has an active ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø membership, all staff members can join ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø under that institution's account and gain access to ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø member benefits.
2. Beginning with the 2024-2025 membership year, ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø will change its dues calculation to be based on an institution's total expenditure as reported by IPEDS, rather than enrollment. Total expenses as reported by IPEDS is a fair indicator of the institution's ability to pay and makes sure that everyone is paying their fair share.

Managing your membership roster
The Primary Contact (PC) at each ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø member institution will still have access to update their roster to add new members and remove individuals who have left their institution. See below for instructions on how to manage your membership roster.
